Now you're just repeating yourself. I don't get what hydrolyzed soy sauce
has to do with patriotism but I'm guessing that's your clever segue into
steering the conversation into American politics? It won't work!
There is a soy sauce that's kind of vile. It too, is a hydrolyzed product
but the people in the country of origin love the stuff. I don't much care
for it but if you want to make the national dish of the country, you should
use that brand. I love that dish and this kind of vile soy sauce is an
important part of the flavor profile. I got a bottle of the stuff ready to
make that dish and when I do, it will be totally awesome! Don't ask me to
name names because I ain't gonna!
