At this point I beleive that real Japanese Kobe beef is illegal to import
into the US (there is/was a ban on all Japanese beef due to a BSE mini-
outbreak). So anything you get in the US will be waygu (the breed of cow is
called waygu, it's only Kobe beef is you have a waygu cow raised in Kobe
using the special diet and methods).
