Butter isn't vegan. But hern again, neither is Cassoulet if made in
the traditional French manner.
Did you ask around at alt.food.vegan for tips? Last time I read they
werte nearly taken over by trolls but I'm sure Mr. F and a few choice
regulars still lurk if nothing else.
