Thanks for understanding. My client's "advisor" (ie, personal trainer)
has more half-baked ideas than a sun-stroked conspiracy theorist. He
does, in all fairness, need to learn to eat more sensibly. My hope is
that once the situation stabilizes, I'll be able to do away with some
of the more outre substitutions and start serving real food.
