Surprise! I didn't know braciolla was what I have made for years only I
always called it "Pigs in the blanket"
My recipe calls for very thin beef cut in pcs. about 3 inches long and
two wide rolled around a small piece of raw bacon. Tied with string and
rolled in flour and browned in oil or whatever then add small amount of
liquid and bay leaf, salt and pepper.`Can use small amount of wine
(optional). Cover and cook until tender...Make gravy from
drippings.DELICIOUS
