It's not outright intentional on her part but she cant control her
emotions. She has a very VERY thin skin and it takes almost nothing to
get on her wrong side. Even just one smiley sent to the 'wrong' person
is enough. She is in her own way malicious.

Sometimes, she does ask for it and deserves it. Pay closer attention.
