Why not buy the one with square tray if you see it, and could have
gotten it free?

I thought they're response was pretty reasonable, but you wanted be
a sourpuss about it.

Of course the "31" tray is probably not distributed in your area,
but it couldn't hurt looking for it. And if you don't see it, lay
the coupon on the product and somebody else can get one for free.
