If the vaccine is free to all US citizens...
Those without prescription insurance get it for free.
Those WITH prescription insurance, are getting some it paid by
their insurance companies.

Sounds like "double dipping" to me.

If it's truly free to all US citizens, the insurance companies shouldn't
have to pay any part of it either.
