My cell phone is a flip phone from Puretalk I have it only because
in case I need assitance while driving, as there are no more pay
phones, at least I don't see any. I have that flip phone for 5 years
and have used it once when it first arrived, to call my land line to
check that the flip phone works. I get by fine without a cell phone,
a land line works fine for me, I don't use a phone when I'm not at
home, and I use my land line rarely, mainly to confirm appointments.
I've never even once had an urge to use a phone while driving. I got
a phone call on my land line yesterday to remind me of my doctor appt
on Tues. I don't get many calls and I don't make many calls. I have
a sure fire way to make my phone ring, all I need do is hop into the
shower, soon as I'm all soaped up RRRRRIIIIINNNG! My cell phone never
rings, I never turn it on and no one calls me as I haven't given that
number to anyone, I don't even know the number, it's written on a slip
of paper in the phone case. I try to remember to charge its battery
about once a month.
