In the way it was discredited years ago, including by the AHA and FDA.

The old, outdated advice has been the number one cause of the massive
increase in obesity, as carbohydrate consumption has increased
dramatically ever since people started reducing fat intake decades
ago, mistakenly thinking all fats = 'cholesterol'.
