That was the fake Bruce.
Here's what Mayo Clinic say:
"Eating saturated fat, found in animal products, and trans fats, found
in some commercially baked cookies and crackers and microwave popcorn,
can raise your cholesterol level. Foods that are high in cholesterol,
such as red meat and full-fat dairy products, will also increase your
cholesterol."
And the American Heart Association:
"From a dietary standpoint, the best way to lower your cholesterol is
reduce your intake of saturated fat and trans fat. The American Heart
Association recommends limiting saturated fat to less than 6% of daily
calories and minimizing the amount of trans fat you eat."
And then there are kooks, such as fake Bruce, who say this is all
"complete bullshit"
