Those have been well known nuthouses for as long as I have known
Usenet. Ratio of garbage to normal commentary has always been way off.

RFC, on the other hand, while harboring some of the unmoderated
detritus of online postings, did not used to be filled with a
dedicated nymshifter who spends day after day after day with this
idiocy. Nymshifting with this intent and OCD level dedication on a
small group is rare.
