In fact he was too cheap to pay a little extra for collision coverage
(he only buys the state required minimum liability coverage). That's
why he had to shell out $4000 for the body work after that hit&run
driver slammed into him. He *could* have paid a little extra for the
additional coverage and only had to pay the deductible, but no... he's
so friggin smart he'd rather shell out $4000 for repairs.
