There are a lot of annoying cell phone behaviours. They would include
carrying on phone conversations while ignoring a real person right there
and talking to someone in person and constantly checking for texts. I
can't tell you how many times I have seen a number of women sit down at
a table and at least one of them gets her phone out and sets it on the
table.

The lack of choice? They want the option to do something even if they
didn't really want to do it.
