There's a company in the UK that takes your payment with the order and
not at the time of shipping. The item I wanted was back ordered and when
they couldn't get it, they refunded my money. By then, the exchange rate
had changed and I actually lost money on the deal. Not enough to scream
about and I am also aware that it could have gone the other way.
