Sure, I've made vegan meals but mostly by accident. My salad for lunch
me be a nice vegan meal with olive oil dressing, but there is a good
chance I'll screw it up with a sour cream based dressing.

Vegetarian is not that hard, I can pass on a pork chop, but eggs,
butter, ice cream are necessities.
