For Sunday dinner tonight a strip steak, asparagus, and a baked tater...dessert will be Häagen-Dazs® vanilla ice cream with red raspberries....

For work lunches this week I made some brown rice, veg, ground pork with Asian - style soy and peanut sauces...can be eaten hot or cold...
