Crab and Asparagus Quiche. Being that we are beginning to be bombarded with asparagus from the garden.
Crab meat, asparagus, onions, red bell peppers, a few cubes of cream cheese, some Old Bay seasoning, and the usual eggs and cream, with some shredded Swiss cheese on the bottom of the (all-butter) crust and on top of the quiche. A fav around Beitelville.
