..... where it goes perfectly with the pork. But then cloves stuck in
the fat, are great in ham. Cloves also go with apple which also goes
with pork ; must be some flavour-combining magic going on there.

Cloves and pig good. Cloves and cow bad.
Apple and pig good. Apple and beef bad.
