Accepting and condoning the behaviour of a racist, goofy and crazy or
not, is almost as bad as being a racist yourself.

White people can't judge whether there is racism in their country (of
course there is) or how bad it is. You'd have to talk to a non
hysterical, non attention seeking, grounded person of colour to find
