Thank you for your advice. My favorite place to buy chocolate from is
Chocosphere. (they did something very special for me one year and I
will never forget it) However they don't sell Ghirardelli and I saw
many recomendations for their milk chocolate so I thought I would try
them this year. I just couldn't locate a bulk source. (not even on
their own web page)
