I'm doing WW myself. This morning it was Grape Nuts Flakes and fat
free milk (Horizon Organic Brand --the only fat free, that I've found,
without additives that actually looks like milk and not milky water.)
Jasmine green tea for the commute and and an apple later for snack.
Yesterday was fat free plain yogurt with vanilla, Splenda, and frozen
blueberries thawed in the microwave (30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds
more). One week, I bought Thomas' lite multigrain English muffins and
made a low fat/calorie egg ("fried" in a non-stick pan) sandwich with
2% American cheese and Morningstar Farms vegetarian "sausage" patties
for breakfasts. All of these are 5 WW points or less.
