Bulgur is great stuff but is nothing like couscous. It is simply wheat
berries crushed to a more or less coarse consistency. Couscous is pasta. The
most common way it is user is probably in tabbouleh, a salad whare it is
mixed with onions, tomatoes, etc. An "organic"store is indeed a likely bet,
as is any store that carries bulk grains.
