Crash eats flour tortillas and I eat low-carb corn taco shells, so we'll
have both tacos and burritos.
I have only had mole once. I didn't realize that it is supposed to be used
as a condiment, essentially. I dumped the whole contents of the jar in
with the chicken. Whoa! I don't remember anymore what it tasted like, but
Crash and I both remember liking it, even if it was too much.
Will definitely give that a try. We have a jar of mole sauce in the
cupboard. Now all we need is chicken.
