Respectfully disagree. Just west of Denver in the foothills
there's a restaurant called The Fort which serves all kinds
of game. Their buffalo rib roast will match any beef roast
for juiciness and flavor. The rib steaks can be disappointing,
but never the roast.

This place stuffs their jalapeno poppers with peanut butter
instead of cheese, and they're a very nice variation. The
Rocky Mt. oysters are tolerable, too. ;-) I'm not crazy
about the rattlesnake and alligator.
