Sunflower seeds, in the shell, are a staple in the dugouts!
At least in the Minor leagues. They go through cases of those things!
The players chomp on them in the dugout and spit the seeds out. Kinda gross,
but some players use sunflower seeds instead of the chewing tobacco.

Peanuts IN the shell for sure. Which I hate eating at home because they make
such a mess. I mentioned that, though. Peanuts and Cracker Jack. Gotta have
those!
