I had the same problem back in the 1980's. I'm from Colorado. My solution,
given that her problem is the lack of spicy heat, is to eat Indian food. If
she can get to Harrod's, she might find ingredients to make her own. Other
than that, you're right, it's a problem. You could maybe send her stuff,
but that is cost-prohibitive and the USPS might question the composition of
the package.
