Made a Raw Apple Cake -- Thanks Barb
The recipe for raw apple cake posted a few weeks ago by Barb (Melba's
Jammin') caught my attention so I saved it. Yesterday I got around to
making it. It was very easy and very tasty. But there was one glitch.
After I started I noticed that there were a couple of minor omissions
in the recipe. No problem. I could have winged it OK but I googled the
recipe and quickly found the same recipe posted earlier by Barb that
cleared up the uncertainty. It always takes me a little longer to make
anything when following a recipe for the first time. So it will go
even quicker when I do this one again. Next time I may try leaving the
spices out.
Anyway, thanks, Barb. Along with your recipe for cream cheese coffee
cake that I've already used a few times with a few variations, this
makes 2 for 2! ---Sam D.
