We have separate gas cooktop and wall oven in our apt. They probably
date from the 1960s. I can see how they mount and don't see any
problem replacing them if we want. And, one can be replaced without
disturbing the other.
Onr thing we like is that the oven door makes a nice temporary shelf
for dishes being loaded. Also, not having to bnend down to use the
oven.
