My wife has requested our traditional (this being the second year in
that tradition) Bubba's Butter-Braised Birds. What a hoot! She says
they're the best game hens she's ever eaten....Of course that might
have something to do with being in a tent, in the rain, with the temp
in the 30's.
Hoping for better weather this year.
