that's serious pizza cooking, Bob. I have to admit stretching the
dough is not my favorite part of pizza making. I did saute the onions
and red pepper nice and long, got great flavor. I use mozzarella, a
little cheddar and a sprinkling of parmesan for cheese. I got the deli
guy to slice up some fresh pepperoni. This time I made the pizza sauce
with a can of diced tomatoes and garlic, cooking it down for about 15
minutes. The recipe said to puree it, but I love tomato chunks, so I
left it as is. I added a little oregano too.
