Bob, that's serious pizza cooking there.

I sauted the onions and red pepper for a good, long time. Used
mozzarella, cheddar and a sprinkle of parmesan for cheese, got the deli
guy to slice some pepperoni for me.

I made the sauce with a can of diced tomatoes and clove of garlic,
cooked it down for about 15 minutes. Added some oregano.
I bought a bottle of Bavarian dark lager to go with it.
