It certainly IS and I've not only ordered it for my brother,
I'm also thinking of giving it to my BIL and my son's "god"
uncle for xmas. It's juvinal enough that each one will get
a real kick out of it... and you don't have to be a sports
fisherman (singing trout) to think it's funny. I just hope
it looks like the picture representation in real life.
Otherwise I'm SOL.
