Well, I wouldn't call it generalizations if I recognize the
incompetence of one service. It would be a generalization if I said
all US civil servants were incompetent based solely on the example of
one service.

"would *have* done so" - there's a verb there

Perhaps they didn't do so because kiling someone is an irreversible
act, and once you kill them, it's much harder to keep people
motivated to support the military effort.

Well, more power to you. I have travelled also to Europe and the US
and I would not wish to live anywhere but here...except maybe Denmark
(even though it did join the kkkoalition of the economically
