I usually like a couple of eggs for breakfast, but am always in a
hurray. I hardboil 8 or 10 on Sunday night, and keep them refrigerated,
and have them throughout the week. The ones on Friday are just as good
as on Monday.

They keep for days and days in the fridg raw, why would it be an issue
to keep them a few days cooked?
