We like Canola Harvest margarine

and cook exclusively with canola oil (store brand, usually - choose
one that is light in color). Some people don't like the taste of
Canola - I didn't at first but it grew on me - now I don't know any
difference. I don't particularly like the taste of olive oil except
in a few select dishes, so I try to avoid it anyway.
