Just watched Iron Chef on food network.
Normally don't watch this series but heard turkey was main focus.
Remembering couple years back when one of these so called chefs fix a
whole turkey in a pig bladder that the meat still came out very pink sat
back to see if these guys have improved fixing turkey without a trip to
hospital.
They are more creative but still I would never eat their dishes.
Even with the judges you could tell they weren't fond of turkey and
really preferred chicken.
Don't know why Iron Chef just doesn't hangs it up using this bird as I
feel it will never be popular over there let alone trying to prepared
creative dishes.
