Oh! and stuffing! can't forget the stuffing! In my family, the
traditional stuffing is sausage, not bread. Everyone who's ever had it
has begged for the recipe.
I'm thinking maybe stuffed artichokes for one of the other sides - if I
can find some nice big ones.
