Thanks, Carol. I think its versatile -- a snacky thing on a cracker for
self or guests (I suppose some cream cheese in there would make it even
"spread"ier. :-) I usually add some Sunny Paris -- I think even some
tarragon on its own could be good, too. On toasted bread with a bowl of
soup, it easily passes as supper or lunch around here.
