You can do this with either Now You're Cooking or Big Oven. I tried
them both and found I personally prefer NYC, but it was a close thing.
It's a little more difficult to learn to use (and more persnickety
about recipe formatting - if you want to make full use of the
pantry/shopping list features, you have to be consistent about what
you name things); but once you get the hang of it, it seems to be more
powerful. It also has a lot more options for import and export of
recipes, which I liked. Big Oven, OTOH, has a =really= super nice
import from the web feature and the ability to look up recipes using
what you're got is a bit easier/more intuitive than it is with NYC
(although you can do it with either program). If I could combine the
two, it'd be perfect! <g>
