Move back south Bob, routinely 17 cents a lb and the stores are giving
free birds if you buy 50 bucks worth of stuff. Fresh turkey, which is
what I suspect you have, is currently 99 cents per lb. Most all meat is
high this holiday season due to increased transportation costs, ie
gasoline and diesel.
