You can use Barkeeper's Friend or Heavy Duty Oven Cleaner on the SS
cookware. You might try Dawn Power Dissolver on the range. I use oven
cleaner on mine to remove difficult stains. If you use oven cleaner, be
sure to test an area first. It should work fine on cast iron, stainless,
and porcelain coated metal. It will ruin aluminum and painted surfaces.
