But see, at TJ's you don't have to take out a loan to try something new.

I like a lot of the chips. The flax seed cornmeal "lower carb" ones are
actually pretty tasty.

I regularly get dairy there - better price than the supers. YMMV in
another state, of course.

Trader Joe's goat cheese is house labelled Laura Chenel at a fraction of
the price. While you get that goat cheese, get some julienned oil pack
sun dried tomatoes and make some of Susan Hattie's goat cheese torta!

Prices on nuts and dried fruits are consistently good. Again YMMV on some
of it.

Bow tie noodles are 1.69-2.69 in the supers here, .69 at TJ's.

They have some of the best prices around for premium coffee, IMO. I am
drinking the fair trade organic blend pretty exclusively these days.

I use the Pound Plus belgian bittersweet bars to make Kay Hartman's
truffles. It is excellent chocolate and the price is right.

A lot of the candies are excellent stocking stuffers (or treats). I am
especially fond of the toffee, and the chocolate-covered caramels.

I regularly stock up on avocadoes and limes there. Best price outside
the Mexican markets. The other produce in the California stores has
really increased in quality since they started carrying it, and I am
super-picky about produce, but YMMV.

I also really like the house brand lemonade.

The chicken potstickers (frozen section) also rule. Some of the
pre-prepared entrees are excellent, some are boring. Experiment.
