Hi Rona!
I remember well our discussion about the pineapple upside down cake. The
last I knew, however, you were still trying to find a pan to bake it in
that would also fit properly in your oven. I'm so glad to know that it
obviously worked out. What kind of pan did you end up with? It pleases me
no end when I find out that someone really enjoys a recipe I've passed on
to them.
Your note has made me want a pudc right now! I'm making a batch of
mincemeat today, but I think I'll bake one to tomorrow.
