1 Clove garlic
1/4 c Melted butter or margarine
2 Egg yolks
1/2 c Heavy cream
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
4 oz Can sliced mushrooms
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 c Chopped parsley

1996 14:15:33 -0700 Cook potatoes with garlic clove until tender.
Drain and remove garlic. Mash potatoes with butter (1/4 cup). Blend in
yolks, cream, salt, and pepper. Cook mushroooms in 2 T butter - add
with parsley to potatoes and mix. Place in a 3 quart casserole oven
dish and bake at 375 F for35 minutes. 8 servings. EAT-L Digest 7
