I used a pyrex pan--I think it's around 7x11 or 8x12. Something like that.
I figured out the volume of a 10" pan and picked the pan I had that was
closest in volume. Actually, I used the pyrex plus made two or three
muffin-sized ones, only to realize that I didn't really need to make the
muffin-sized ones. There was more than enough room in the pyrex for all the
batter, but at least I had three little ones to munch on before my big
dinner! :-).

I'm just about to start making it--I'm bringing part of it for someone's
birthday tomorrow. The rest goes to me me me me me!! (And I wonder why
I've not been losing weight recently...)
