Absolutely!! <grin> Somehow, the way the exchange went, it almost
sounded like . . . . oh, crap--never mind. :-)

I usually have a birdy in the freezer. Since I don't usually plan
supper until about 40 minutes before serving it, I have to think really
hard to plan a turkey meal. Thawing and all. Every once in a while,
though, I'm all over it! :-) I love turkey. Now, it looks like I'm
gonna love pork roast, too. <grin> That boneless loin is looking like
it's got ham longevity: Definition of Eternity: A ham and two people.
