I don't know what I do wrong *laughs* But I am gonna try again today not to
get covered in flour.. I've tried lots of methods, too. I personally favor
rolling it out between 2 sheets of plastic- I seem to get less flour on me that
way. I suppose if I made pies more often I'd get better at it *laughs*
