Hi,

I've had a 30" Monogram for about a month now and I love it. It has a
2-tier burner (one above the other). The lower flame is for very
low/simmer low to medium, and the upper one is used to convert iron
into steel.

The electric over heats quick;ly and the convestion feature is nice. I
was initially unsure of the electric broiler, but the element has a
bunch of passes and seems to broil evenly, hot and over a large area.

I have heard the horror stories about trying to get GE service, but at
least there is a GE service guy virtually everywhere. Also, I bought
the 5-year in homne warranty just to be safe.

I really can't compare to any other brands in servcice, but the
overall feel is that this is a high quality appliance made of robust
material. It weighed in at about 400 pounds, so there is a lot of
metal somewhere.

Would I buy another? you bet!
