2 -3 balls stem ginger
Take three bowls
Separate the eggs and beat whites until very stiff in one bowl
Cream yolks and sugar until creamy in the second bowl
Beat cream until stiff in the third bowl
Combine all the ingredients by folding gently freeze no need to take out
and stir.
Take out 5 minutes before serving
